Tim's Take On: Episode 184(The BFI Celebrates the seventh Doctor)
Tim's Take On...I was lucky enough to be in the audience for another of the BFI's special events to celebrate 50 years of Doctor Who. Thanks to a spare ticket from my friend Rebecca we were treated to a big screen showing of Doctor Who: Remembrance of the Daleks and interviews with John Leeson, Mike Tucker, Dick Mills and a main panel discussion panel with Silvester Mc Coy, Sophie Aldred and Ben Aaronovitch. I bring all of these interviews uncut for this week's podcast. I've no idea if I'll make it along to any more of these BFI events but the two I've been able to attend have been excellent value for money.
You can see all my photos of the event here http://www.flickr.com/photos/tdrury/sets/72157634820032006/
and there are several videos of the event on my you tube including this one of the main panel in which you can see Silv explaining how he got the part of the Doctor http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bx6WSFsvmrU
End theme tune is a remix of the Doctor Who Theme by Siobahn Gallichan of The Flashing Blade Podcast, Siobahn can be contacted here show@flashingblade.org.uk

Huge thanks to the listeners who tweeted us questions and made this whole thing possible! If you have questions you'd like to hear us answer in the future, please leave them in the comments!

GSN PODCAST: Dissecting Worlds Series 9, ep 7: Espionage Conclusions!
Geek SyndicateAfter our month off, Agents M and K are back to wrap up Series 9, go through the Dissecting Worlds mailbag and look back on anything else we missed. As we finally leave Espionage out in the cold, we cover:
-
Christopher Lee, one of DW's favorite actors
 -
Feedback - More Bond, Star Trek: Vanguard, Neal Asher's Polity and more.
 -
Good SF Spies vs Bad Fantasy Spies, and the "Turncoat" archetype
 -
Authors later works do they affect what you think of earlier ones?
 -
The official unveiling of Series 10, including its broad running order. Recommendations Welcome!

Warning: There is some audio chop on this episode we couldn't get rid of. We've made the decision to leave it in, as there was already some feedback we couldn't cover and it seemed a shame to drop us talking about your contributions. So apologies, and we hope you understand.
Feedback as ever is welcome to @DissectingWrlds on twitter, dissectingworlds@yahoo.co.uk on email, the Facebook Group or below !

Radio Free Skaro #343 - Hilarity, Polarity, and Clara-ty
Radio Free SkaroNEW WHO! The Three Who Rule were delighted to find a sparkling new Doctor Who story under their Christmas tree in the form of "The Snowmen," a somewhat deceptive name as actual snowmen figure nowhere near as much as disembodied manifestations, the plummy tones of Sir Ian McKellen, the iconic Richard E. Grant, and a puzzle of an enigma known as Clara the barmaid/governess. Throw in a sassy Sontaran, a sensual Silurian and her good lady wife, and a broody, moody, and altogether froody Matt Smith and you've got yourself a Christmas special! And a podcast about said special! Christmas!

							PodKasting the Eighth Doctor
Kasterborous PodkastChristian Cawley is a writer at Kasterborous Doctor Who News and Reviews - All the latest Doctor Who news and reviews with our weekly podKast, features and interviews, and a long-running forum.
A little later than planned, it’s the latest Kasterborous podKast (with a “K”) in which we discuss the Eighth Doctor’s post-TV Movie life on audio, in books and in the Doctor Who Magazine comic strip (one of the strips creative high points). While we also address the question of whether McGann is involved in some way in the 50th anniversary (although he says not), we’re chatting really about the creativity of the books and audios during this era, where strong stories were created and somehow injected the supposedly dead TV show with enough off-screen life to successfully return in 2005.
