Rik is joined by youtuber Protagonist Ivy to talk Doctor Who and watching Classic episodes for the first time.

With Hernadez on the run, it falls on Chris and Martyn to cover the Doctor Who story 'The Two Doctors’.

The Two Doctors is the fourth serial of the 22nd season of the British science fiction television series Doctor Who, which was broadcast in three weekly parts on BBC1 from 16 February to 2 March 1985.

The serial is set on an alien space station and in and around Seville. In the serial, the alien time traveller the Sixth Doctor (Colin Baker), his former travelling companion Jamie McCrimmon (Frazer Hines) and his current companion Peri Brown (Nicola Bryant) work to save the younger Second Doctor (Patrick Troughton) from the bio-geneticist Dastari (Laurence Payne), who intends to steal the knowledge of how to travel in time from the Second Doctor's genetic make-up.

Then, in the first of a new feature, conversation turns to a classic story that Ian saw for the first time just last week. Yes, it turns out dear listeners, that some of the Campervan Crew have not seen every classic story. Can you believe it?! Upon learning this frankly scandalous news, James embarked on a mission to fill in the gaping chasms in his co-presenter’s fandom as quickly as possible. The first story under the microscope is……well, that would be telling! But the coverart might give you hint. Expect to travel back in time nearly 60 years – or 960 years, depending on your perspective. Time is relative you know!

We’ll be back with Episode 319 in February for the delayed return of our predictions show – when we try to guess what will happen in the Whoniverse over the coming year. Okay, this “7” is a stretch but we made it work. Join Deb, Lynne, and Tansy as we dissect the rollicking, emotional, and devastating story duo of “Army of Ghosts” and “Doomsday”.

We give credit to 8 y.o. RTD (the obvious creator of the Dalek v. Cyberman smackdown) while calling out the emotional manipulation he inflicted upon both Jackie and Rose. But we all come together in our adoration Yvonne Hartman’s confidence (and tailoring) and Mickey Smith’s swagger.

It's the second special episode in a week celebrating the release of the University of Central Lancashire's recreation of Mission to the Unknown. After last week's episode https://somethingwho.podbean.com/e/episode-55-transmission-of-the-unknown/, in which Paul, Tim, Richard and Jac Rayner gushed over the YouTube release of the reborn Mission to the Unknown, we were contacted by the creative force behind the project - Andrew Ireland. Andrew joins Richard this week to discuss the project from its origins, through its realisation and release to possible future plans. It's a fascinating listen, if not quite 17 times as long as the YouTube "Making Of" as Jac requested. Listener feedback was pouring in, and two large-ish news stories had broken, yet the regular episode scheduled for the end of January was recorded at the tail-end of 2020, in-person, with the 42 to Doomsday podcast lads. As such, it didn't include any of the new material.

Should they wait until the episode at the end of February to talk through it all? The news would be a bit old by then, and there might be even more letters to add to the pile. It didn't seem very ideal.

So here, for one week only, the guys tackle the two biggest pieces of Doctor Who news at present, as well as presenting a range of listener emails; most commenting on the recent Revolution of the Daleks.
