We’re big fans of Andrew and his thoughts and work on Doctor Who during such a difficult time. With BBC bosses not giving the show the love and attention it deserved and trying to take the Doctor in a new direction, Andrew had his work cut out. Listen as we dive behind the scenes and reveal some great stories from that era which ultimately led to the show’s extended hiatus.

We’d like to thank Andrew again for making time to chat with us, it really was worth it. Next week we’ll be reviewing the 5th Doctor story Four to Doomsday so look out for the post on Facebook, we look forward to your thoughts. Until then have a great week and remember – Allons-y!

To celebrate out latest milestone, we start with some news and reviews, and get into the future of comics, where we think it's going and where it could end up if nothing is done. For our Main Feature we revisit an old segment made new, we have a Challenge section. Each of us pitches 3 TV shows to the other, to see if we can get them interested enough to check out at least one of them. We'll then revisit the show in a few months and see if we enjoyed them. 5 years ago three young fresh faced lads full of optimism began a podcast called the Who's He? Podcast. And now 5 years later, those same three lads are now old, knackered, jaded and still turning out the same old rubbish but thought they would celebrate this fact somehow.

So here we go then, it's the Who's He? Podcast 5th anniversary special! And in their usual style of not bothering with anything special, Phil, Paul and a returning and completely unprepared Tony provide for your listening pleasure a commentary for The Three Doctors!

To prove they have learnt absolutely nothing over the years, they bring you the same mix of silence, bad jokes, facts from the day of broadcast and more silence.

In 1963, the world was introduced to the alien horrors of the "homicidal trash bins" known as the Daleks. As terrifying as they were to the audience of the time, there may yet have been a sense of separation from this manifestation of evil, as we (through the eyes of the TARDIS team) met them millions of years in the future, on their strange planet of Skaro. When next we find them, however, the dangers of these sinister pepperpots strikes home -- quite literally. Enjoy the time you have, fellow Earthlings, because by the mid 22nd century, we're in for a rough go of it. Turning back to what is possibly Terry Nation's finest script, we look back this week on the second season of William Hartnell's tenure as the Doctor, in "The Dalek Invasion of Earth". We discuss the fascinating construct of the script, the attention paid to supporting cast, the trials and tribulations of the beleaguered prop department, and, of course, the farewell to Carol Ann Ford, as Susan exits (exits? no...gets locked out of) the TARDIS for the last time -- on screen.
