Every podcast has that one 'Cursed' Episode and this is mine. Whether it was technical issues, Life Issues, or perhaps even a bit of Mercury Retrograde at work, this episode has been a bit of a challenge to get out. Still, despite all the good, bad, and the ugly, I prevailed and my 'Spyfall' review is finally here for you guys!

NOTE: I mention this at the top of the show, but I also wanted to mention here that this episode was actually recorded several weeks ago. So, because of that, some of what I had to say is a bit dated now that we've seen the finale. Still I sincerely hope that you give it a listen anyway, as I talk about MANY OTHER things as well – including my squee over the casting of one of my favorite actors Sacha Dhawan as the newest incarnation of the Master.

In this episode Phil and Paul plug in their earphones and listen to Sword of Orion from Big Finish. In this story of salvage, smuggling and Cybermen, the pair of them find plenty to enjoy in this very early 8th Doctor audio adventure. But beware, there are spoilers aplenty in this review (it was released in 2001 after all!), so listen at your peril!

And in the news, the air time for Twice Upon a Time is known, another international showing of the Christmas special is announced and series 11 is getting a cinematic makeover!

Doctor Who musical legend Dudley Simpson passed away recently, and his amount of work in Doctor Who was so massive that it warranted a special Miniscope to cover it! And who better to invite along for this tribute than Mark Ayres, a fan of Dudley's himself, but also the musical maestro tasked with honouring the recent release of "Shada" with a delectably Dudley-esque score.
