One thing we want to do here at the DWP is to feature a mid-week episode devoted to the fan reaction to new episodes that air. So whilst Matt Smith struts his stuff on our screens the DWP will deliver two episodes per week.

This particular episode looks at the reaction to The Eleventh Hour. Was it liked? What are the major talking points? How did you the viewer rate it?

Trevor and Tom cover all these issues and more as we discuss The Eleventh Hour.

Just to give folks a feel for the launch party that was held in London, where far too many people all watched The Eleventh Hour at once! There are interviews with attendees and also the organisers, Jeremy Bentham and Tony Clark, as well as Alan Stevens from Magic Bullet Productions and writer and editor Anthony Brown.

In attendence for the DWPA were Staggering Stories, The Flashing Blade, The Ood Cast and that cheeky little interloper, Professor Dave's Ark In Space.

Expect more from the DWPA very soon.

Since this is probably the biggest week in Doctor Who since the inception of this podcast (of course, we're like four months old, but who's counting?), we're celebrating by beginning our "Ten Doctors" marathon and by bringing you "The Gunfighters."  Yeah, you're darn tootin'.*

Since neither of us have seen this story in a long, long time we rather overestimated the time we were going to spend talking about it, so please enjoy this light and frothy edition of The TARDIS Tavern.

We have one piece of feedback to share with you, and just a dollop of chatter regarding "The Eleventh Hour," which remains unseen as of this writing.  You have no idea how we can appreciate the irony that although "The Gunfighters" remains fresh in our minds, we have yet to indulge in the event that is casung nerdgasms across the globe.

Next week: "The Power of the Daleks."  And, yes, spoilers shall abound!

*Don't worry, we ditch the Western accents about five minutes in.

Chapter 2 - in which the nature of the Anti-hero is explained and explored to some depth, with reference to a multitude of books.

Ok folks, here's Scrolls Episode 2 for your listening pleasure. It comes with our sincere apologies - not for the content, you understand (we like that) but for the huge delay in getting it out to you. Gremlins. Let's just leave it at that. In an effort to cater to our lunch-time listeners we are trialling a new bite-sized Chapter format. Let us know what you think on the forums.
