In the first of our irregular specials we look at Doctor Who and philosophy, more specifically the philosophy of identity. Just who does the Doctor think he is and why do we think he is the Doctor? Andi tries to tackle this question while Adam acts as her plucky girl assistant asking all the obvious questions. We’ll tackle such great minds as Kant, Locke and The Sugababes.

The guys settle down to discuss how the first half of Torchwood: Miracle Day has been.A With views ranging across the spectrum and a frank discussion about Captain Jacks sexuality this may be the most explosive podcast so far.

Warning:A Despite Derek’s best efforts some of the many spoiler bombs dropped by Eddie remain so this podcast does contain spoilers for Torchwood… and nuts.

This podcast contains some adult content and may not be suitable for children.

As an experiment in filling some pre-determined vacationing time, here is Matt and Ian doing a commentary track on the much beloved Fourth Doctor serial "Pyramids of Mars." Ian has seen it a few times before, but Matt is goes in having only previously viewed the first two parts. Will psuedo-Egyptology win the hearts of many, or will this be a case of a perceived classic being a bit overrated? Do they actually have anything interesting to say? The only way to find out is to get out your legally purchased copy of "Pyramids of Mars" and listen to them babble!

After a break borne of Alex & Nick moving across an entire continent and the technical problems that seem to be starting to become a steady part of the recording process, the Telos AM team are back and casting their steely gazes on the first Sixth Doctor story, The Twin DIlemma.

A lot of people don't like this serial, and Lindsey, Nick, and Alex are here to explore why that may be, and if such a damning judgement is really warranted.

Can summer be winding down already? It seems so, and along with Torchwood: Miracle Day hitting the halfway mark in its run with another bang up episode (according to the Three Who Rule, who seem to be one of the few Who podcasts out there who are actually enjoying the series), the Summer Classic Commentary Series begins to wind down, as well. This week, Radio Free Skaro's take on Episodes 1-4 of the 1968-69 epic The Invasion, which may or may not feature the Cybermen. Oh, and the return of new Doctor Who is now less than three weeks away...

Our spotlight on Classic Doctor Who continues with everyone's favorite Cosmic Hobo, Mr. Patrick Troughton, who took on the role of the Doctor after William Hartnell left the show in 1966. Join Linsay Wood, Eric Mendoza and Derek Gladu as we review the 1968 epic "The Invasion", an eight part serial that until recently, was partially lost to time. We will also talk a little about the BBC's policy of "junking" many of its early television archives; and how Whovians from across the globe rallied to preserve and restore many seminal episodes from Classic Who.
