The Oncoming Storm Ep 49: BF # 25 More Nazis!
The Oncoming StormBad German accents? Torture threats? Complete and utter disregard for companion safety? That can only mean one thing! It's Nazis again, in Episode 49 of The Oncoming Storm! That's right, This week Josh and Ashley are heading back to WWII with Colditz by Steve Lyons. Josh remembers it as one of his favorites of early Big Finish? Does it still hold up, or should it be locked away forever in an inescapable castle? There's talk of David Tennant's accent, alternate timeline clichés, and sweet, lovely Klein. The Oncoming Storm... This time, We've got the 10th Doctor. Well... kinda. If the 10th Doctor were an utter bastard with a naff accent. So hey, it IS the 10th Doctor!

4.03 The Power Of The Daleks
Drunken Time TravelCome join us for the start of Patrick Troughton's run as The Second Doctor as we talk about French Daleks, Dalek Extermination Surveys, and Mathematical Kittens. Not sponsored by tedius link beer - Kona Fire Rock IPA.
Second Doctor, Polly, and Ben
Before the astonished eyes of his companions Ben and Polly, the Doctor's whole body has apparently been transformed. Now they are confronted by a stranger who claims to be their old friend, but how can they know whether to trust him? The TARDIS's arrival on the swamp planet of Vulcan brings its own problems; the Doctor is mistaken for an official come to solve the Earth colony's in-fighting, and soon he and his companions are embroiled in political wranglings. However, a far more serious threat lurks within the colony: The scientist Lesterson has discovered a crashed space capsule, within it a group of inert metallic creatures which the Doctor identifies as Daleks. Refusing to heed the Doctor's warnings, Lesterson supplies power to the Daleks and revives them. The awakened Daleks claim to be faithful servants of humanity, but could such a thing ever be possible? By covert means they seek an increasing level of energy, but for what? By the time the Doctor and his friends discover the Daleks' true plan for the colony, it looks as if it might already be too late to stop them...
