We catch back up with Queen Victoria in 1899 as she checks in on Torchwood's London branch just in time for a time sucking alien to escape and causing havok all across town. She's not alone though, as Captain Jack Harkness is already on the job and he and Queen are going to have to go by car, horse and train to try and save the day.
